Privacy Policy

Gleamr LLC, doing business as Gleamr, respects the trust involved in sharing information about yourself and your home. This notice explains how we handle information for estimates, bookings, cleaning, payments, communications, and job applications. It is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Information we collect

Our estimate forms request your first and last name, email, phone number, city, and requested service. When you arrange cleaning, we also use service and billing addresses, property details, selected tasks and extras, schedules, account information, cleaning priorities, access instructions, and relevant pet or safety information.

We keep information you provide through support messages, reviews, surveys, service concerns, and incident reports, including relevant photographs. Please share only what we need. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, identity documents, medical records, or unrelated sensitive information through ordinary forms, email, or text.

Our websites, portal, and communications providers also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser/device information, referring pages, requests, session identifiers, and delivery or interaction records.

How we use information

We use relevant information to answer inquiries, prepare estimates, manage bookings, coordinate assigned staff, provide authorized access and cleaning, process payments, communicate with you, investigate concerns, maintain business records, protect security, and meet legal obligations.

Access codes and alarm instructions are for authorized service arrangements, not public display or advertising. Service and incident photos, when authorized, are limited to documenting relevant conditions, work, or an incident. Public marketing use of an identifiable home, person, or customer material requires separate permission. Booking a cleaning does not by itself grant that permission.

We use these types of providers for the functions described below. This does not mean every provider receives all of your information.

Professional advisers and insurers
Accounting, legal advice, or investigating an actual claim where appropriate

Providers process information under their agreements and may have independent obligations for their own services, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Their notices explain those separate activities: Systeme privacy notice, BookingKoala, Stripe, Twilio, Connecteam, Google, and Cloudflare.

We may disclose relevant records to authorities, payment/dispute participants, or other parties when reasonably necessary and lawful to comply with obligations, protect rights, or address fraud or security. A business transfer, if one occurs, must follow applicable privacy safeguards and notice requirements.

Payments and saved cards

The designated payment interface collects information needed to process your transaction. We use transaction status, amounts, history, and the limited payment-method details made available for account administration. Do not send full card details to the office through ordinary messages. Saved-card permissions and temporary holds are governed by the authorization shown for your booking, not by this notice.

Email and your choices

We use your contact details to answer requests and send appointment, billing, and support information. We may also email Gleamr news, tips, and offers consistent with the notice provided and your preferences.

Unsubscribe from marketing through the link in an email or contact hello@gleamr.pro. We keep the suppression information needed to respect your choice. Marketing opt-out does not cancel a cleaning appointment or prevent necessary service communications.

Our communications platforms can process delivery information and, where enabled, email-open and link-click measurements to understand message performance and improve follow-up. You can unsubscribe from marketing; disabling automatic image loading in your email client may limit some open measurements but does not prevent every type of interaction record.

Text messages

Service texts are optional and require affirmative consent. They may include confirmations, reminders, scheduling and arrival updates, and support. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance, or contact hello@gleamr.pro or 909-326-0292. We honor other legally valid withdrawal requests and keep the records needed to apply your choice. Marketing texts require appropriate separate consent.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process necessary information to deliver messages, administer consent, and suppress opted-out numbers. Those activities do not permit their own marketing. Applying for a job does not automatically enroll you in customer promotions.

Cookies, technical features, and browser privacy signals

Website and portal features use technical information and may use cookies or similar identifiers for sessions, account access, preferences, security, and service measurement. Booking pages load BookingKoala functionality, Google address suggestions, Stripe payment/security components, and Cloudflare performance measurement. These providers can receive technical information when their components load, even before you finish a form. Booking-related attribution can use referring information or campaign identifiers to help identify how an inquiry reached us.

Embedded providers, including Google and Stripe, may connect their technical information with information from other interactions under their own privacy notices and available controls. Do not assume an embedded service processes information only while you are on Gleamr's site. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser and use relevant provider privacy controls. Blocking necessary components may affect sign-in, address suggestions, forms, or payment; you may contact the office for help.

Gleamr has not configured a separate response to Do Not Track (DNT) signals on its main website. You may contact us about browser privacy choices or applicable privacy requests using the details below.

BookingKoala's published notice states that its services do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals and that it treats Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of sale/sharing where applicable. Those are BookingKoala's stated practices, not a promise that every embedded provider changes its behavior in the same way. A browser setting does not unsubscribe you from email or texts; use the methods above for those preferences. Contact us with questions about browser privacy choices or to make an applicable privacy request.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing services, accounting and tax obligations, recruitment recordkeeping, claims, security, and consent or suppression records. Legal holds can require longer retention. Access instructions should no longer be used once access permission ends; restricted incident records may need to be retained. We do not promise immediate deletion of backups or records the law requires us to keep.

We take reasonable steps to protect information and limit access to people and providers who need it for authorized purposes. No system guarantees complete security. Keep your portal password private and contact us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Privacy requests and California rights

We may verify identity and authority in a way proportionate to the request. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless we provide an appropriate secure process.

We review requests under the law that applies, explain relevant retention exceptions, and do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. Depending on applicable law, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct, or delete personal information, opt out of sale/sharing, limit qualifying uses of sensitive information, and use an authorized agent. Not every right applies to every business, record, or request. We will explain the applicable rights and exceptions when responding to your request.

Applicant Privacy Notice

When you apply to Gleamr, we use your contact/address details, work experience, languages, availability, employment-eligibility response, referral/source information, and other relevant application information to evaluate and administer recruitment, communicate with you, and meet recordkeeping obligations. BookingKoala hosts the application; authorized hiring personnel review it. Our recruitment tracker records source and hiring status to evaluate recruiting activity.

Future-job updates are optional and separate from customer marketing. You may withdraw your future-opportunity preference at hello@gleamr.pro, without changing required retention of an existing application. Applying does not guarantee employment or authorize a background check. Any later background-check or employment-verification process requires its own appropriate notices and authorizations. Do not send identity or work-authorization documents in an unrequested ordinary message. Employee time/location practices require a separate employee notice.

Children and policy updates

Our booking services and job applications are directed to adults, not children under 13. Please do not submit a child's personal information unnecessarily. Contact us if you believe we received it improperly.
